• Children aged from 0 to 6 don't pay.
• Check-in after 14:00 hours.
• Check-out before 11:00 hours.
• All arrivals at times other than 19:00 hours, must be agreed upon with the Direction.
• Payment of the rent: 25% deposit at booking, through post or bank transfer, the details to make the payment of the deposit will be sent to you by e-mail. The remaining payment will be done upon arrival; the keys to the B&B will then be delivered and you will be independent and free to come and go at any time.
• The whole deposit will be returned, in case the cancellation is notified at least 7 days before the intended arrival.

DIRECTIONS

From Fiumicino Airport 
Catch the FS metropolitan train from the Terminal of Fiumicino and get down at Station Tiburtina. Cross the street and walk 50mt on the right. You will find us at number 488.

From Ciampino Airport 
Catch the bus to Anagnina Metro Station, take the Metro Line A to Station Termini and change to Metro Line B to Tiburtina. Cross the street and walk 50 mts on the right. You will find us at number 488.

From Station Termini
Take the Metro Line B to Tiburtina (direction Rebibbia). Cross the street and walk 50mts on the right. You will find us at number 488.

From Station Tiburtina
Cross the street and walk 50 mts on the right. You will find us at number 488.

By car
From the highways entering Rome, take the G.R.A. ring up to exit N 14 TANGENZIALE EST. Proceed for about 15 Kms and enter TANGENZIALE EST. Exit at Via Livorno-Piazza Bologna and at the ramp turn left immediately. You will find us at number 488.
